Shipment/Return/Exchange Policies

Full refund on any unopened products when you ship the item(s) back to us. Let us help you figure out shipping if you need.

Full refund on faulty products that arrived not due to a shipping mishap. Email us with a picture of the faulty item and we can start processing the refund and return.

Full refund minus 15% if you no longer want the product if it was unused and you would like to ship it back to us. Let us know how we can help.

No refund for products damaged during shipping but we will work with you to get you your products you ordered and help you with your shipment claim.

No refunds for products misused or damaged. Let us know if you would like more of that product and we can usually help you out.

No exchanges for products past 90 days. We can usually help you return the product for a partial refund and get you the product you would like to exchange it for.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, this is because we use FedEx as our exclusive shipper and they do not reliably deliver to PO Boxes. If you would like us to ship there at your own risk please know that the package may be delayed or even returned to us at your cost.
