How Custom Orders Work

Step 1 Place Your Order

By using the links above you can purchase customizable golf balls.

  • Choose the color of golf balls if selecting miniature golf balls. If selecting non-mini golf balls golf balls will be white.
  • Choose the number of logos by purchasing from the different options.
  • Choose the packaging option you would like to receive your golf balls in. The industry standard is bagged in bulk.
  • Choose the quanity of golf balls, a minimum of 12 dozen is required.
  • It will take 14 buisness days for your golf balls to be produced, contact us before purchase if you need them sooner and we can make a custom invoice for you.
  • Complete your purchase by entering your shipping address, billing address, card information, and submitting your order. You will get a confirmation email of your purchase.
    • Step 2 Submit Your Artwork

    We will reach out to you via email for your logo artwork. Please prepare using the requirements below;

  • A high quality logo image file provided by you, ideally .svg .pdf, .jpg, .png files.
  • A jpg or png must be 1000px x 1000px or higher in resolution.
    • Step 3 Receive Artwork Proof
  • Our artist will reach out to you via email with a proof reflecting what your golf ball will look like.
  • If you have any questions or changes please relay them to the artist before approving of the proof.
  • Lastly, respond to the email from the artist that you approve of everything with your proof.
    • Step 4 Your Golf Ball Will Be Produced
  • After you approve the proof we will immediately begin production of your golf balls.
  • Unfortunately no changes can be made that differ from what is on the proof.
  • If for some reason your golf ball requires attention or changes due to a production limitation we will reach out to you for changes.
    • Step 5 Your Golf Ball Will Be Shipped
  • After production of your golf ball we will ship the items to you.

    Common Questions

    What is included in Custom Printed orders?
  • Your Logo printed on purchased golf balls from our store.
  • Up to 4 colors per logo.
  • High quality imprint done in our US facility.

    • What is required to custom print my logo?
  • A high quality logo image file provided by you, ideally .svg .eps .pdf, .jpg, .png files.
  • A production time of 14 business days plus shipping.
  • A jpg or png must be 1000px x 1000px or higher in resolution.

    • Who is going to be working with me to get my golf balls made?
  • We will have a customer service representative help you if you have any question and an artist to help you through the logo approval process.

    • Is Rush Production and Shipping Available?
  • Yes, we offer rush production taking 3-4 days with an $10 additonal per dozen fee and 5-9 days with an $5 additonal per dozen fee. This option will mean your items will be priritized first in production.
  • Yes, we can 2 day and overnight shipping options for their cost of shipping.

    • What are your packaging options?
  • We offer bulk bagged packaging for a cost effective option.
  • We offer blank white sleeves for a clean and simple look.
  • We offer blank clear sleeves to show off your logo.
  • We offer blank dozen white boxes that fit four sleeves each with sleeves included for a put together look ready for an outer sticker or other logoing.

    • Is the setup fee required every time I order?
  • No setup fee is required for custom order purchased on this website.

    • Can I order to have more than one logo on each golf ball?
  • Yes, please use the other logo options for 2, 3, and 4 logos.

    • How are multiple logos placed on my golf ball?
  • They are approximately spaced evenly around one axis of the golf ball. We can only guarantee even spacing using a single color logo.

    • How does shipping work, can I use my own account number?
  • Our shipments are sent via FedEx.
  • If you would like to use your FedEx account number please contact us before placing an order.
